Who designs and creates your products? 

Arrowood is original wood creations handmade by Andrew Lee.

Where are you based? 

We are based in Columbus, Ohio, USA.

How can I make an order?

If you see an item you desperately need to have, select it and an appropriate option for it and add to cart. Once you're ready to check out, you may do so directly from your cart. You will be able to delete/modify items within your cart. Complete the step-by-step checkout process and complete payment through PayPal™. Once you have successfully completed an order, you will receive an automatic email order confirmation.

What is the lead time?

Each item is custom and handmade. Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be made.

Where do you deliver items? 

We deliver to anywhere within the United States. International shipping will be added at some point in the not-so-distant future. Shipping rates vary per product and per quantity of items.

You're sold out of something I want... Will you be getting more in stock?

Unfortunately we cannot say for certain if a sold out item will be back in stock, but feel free to contact us to inquire about an item. Arrowood products are custom and handmade and may not be able to be reproduced.

How can I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item to us with the returns label provided and the original invoice. Once we have received this item, one of our quality assurance specialists will examine the product for any damage, discoloration, etc. If the returned item is deemed to be in original condition, Arrowood will process a refund in the full purchase amount. 

How can I request a custom item from Arrowood? 

If you need something custom from Arrowood, please contact us directly to make a request. We will review your request and get back with you as soon as possible with more details (price, dimensions, invoicing procedure, etc.).
